Have lived here over two years. Quiet, well maintained by Tom, a great person. Mike, the manager is very friendly and a great man. And Jim, the night manager is one of the friendliest people you could hope to meet.
Safe, convenient to everything, and overall very nice place to stay. A bit crowded, but for a single man, it works for me.
Also has a VERY nice privacy fenced courtyard. Nice place to go and relax

Used to be a hotel was converted to apts. they have studios and single bedrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place is quiet for the most part, there is a on site coin laundry and it is conveniently located in downtown Anniston which puts it in walking distance to pharmacies, groceries and most everything. Everyone here is friendly and genuine, the staff is headed by a pleasant and helpful man named Michael, who is also the property owners Son in law, its nice when family can work together. The daytime maintenance man is Tom and he of course is a great guy once he gets to know you and well as long as you dont give him extra tasks he is more than helpful. There is a private garden and patio area in a Court yard that is created from the buildings being on the corner and extending the actual proerty since the buildings are conjoined. On the commercial side running along 13th Street there is a diverse group of businesses with the latest addition being the Top Notch former prosecutor now practicing as a defense attorney in the public sector the Honorable Sheila Fields. Its great to have her as part of our community within the community.
