10/10 do not recommend. Bought a ford expedition 11 months ago. 3 months in, new engine & a/c unit. $6,000 repair. Remote start never worked even though it was offered in the ad. Non original tires came on this truck with one locked lugnut on each tire. No key found anywhere in the vehicle. Tried to get a simple tire rotation & cannot. I now am paying $1,000 for 4 new tires bc I ran over a huge bolt. Cant just replace one tire bc its 4 wheel drive. THANK YOU BOBS AUTO SALES. Every time Ive called to talk to Mike hes had me remorse and just says the key SHOULD be in there. Well it never was. Maybe you SHOULD have made sure you had it when you bought it.

Went to this location to look at the trucks they had. Looked at one and then decided instantly that I didn't want it as soon as I started the engine. Chevy had a miss and the truck behind it (black super crew cab) had a worse miss in the engine. I only looked at the second truck because it was only 5k more than the first one and the guy said the first one shook because it needed time to warm up from not being started for a while but the cab shook even worse on the second truck we looked at. Will not even consider this business as they seem to not honor the Lemon Laws that Ohio has in place. I've driven vehicles from cars to commercial vehicles to box trucks and rode in semis with my uncle. Cab shaking from the engine only happens in diesels, neither of the two trucks we looked at were diesel trucks.. don't know what's going on but I would NOT RECOMMEND going to this used car lot.

great dealer. This is the third vehicle I have bought from Bob 's and I have always had good luck with all of them. The salesman is very helpful. I would recommend them to anybody.

Mike was very helpful, honest, easy to speak with. All vehicles on the lot are clean, and would purchase any of them with ease. Highly recommend. We are looking to possibly buy our granddaughter 's first vehicle from Mike also.
