Called ahead of time and specified I had very long, thick, curly hair. I was told that they had staff that knew how to to give a good haircut to maximize curls. This was in fact not true. They did not give extra time to the appointment as they should have so I ended up leaving without styled and very wet hair. The building was very pretty on the inside.
Not only that, I just wanted dead ends cut off and layers added to give some life to my curls and my hair was cut way shorter than it needed to and my curls are dead. Not only will I not be returning, but I will let everyone that I can know not to go there. Especially someone with curly hair! Very disappointed. Service: Haircut

Giving this shop two stars because the people there were nice and because of the cost. Otherwise it deserves a one star review. Got my first haircut here in 2020, after waiting out the pandemic and my own growing hair for about six months. Decided to try this local salon as opposed to my normal; a higher dollar chain salon in the big city. Was disappointed. Mostly in the cut but also the lack of styling or blow drying my hair after the cut by that stylist. Decided to give the shop a second chance at their new location in 2021. Saw a different stylist. The stylist was new. She failed to part my hair, she cut it unevenly (I had to fix it once I got home) and didn't finish blow drying it. Literally cried when I got home because it looked so bad. Will not be returning.

Will NEVER go back . Had my hair highlighted, it was supposed to be balayage and instead she did full blown tip to root highlights. I said something when she started to put the color in and said I dont usually go to the root because I like the natural look and I dont always have time to get my hair colored every 8 weeks . She told me it will look natural uhhhh okay..after 2.5 hours in the chair just putting foil in (( half btw not even full head )) as she sits me down at the sink I get asked wait so what color did you want it to be ? are you kidding me right now I told her natural nothing ashy, just please natural looking . Her response oh, Im going to have to put toner in hm okay.. thats fine. I always have toner put in my hair so that was expected. Go to sit back down at the chair and she starts blow drying my hair . I stopped her and asked what about my hair cut and her response was your not scheduled for a cut . NEVER in my 12+ years of having my hair colored have I ever NOT gotten a hair cut after having bleach put in my hair ! For the reason that Im struggling with now ! My ends are crazy dry and I feel like my hair is falling out and is way more dry/tangled and matted than it has ever been ! I spent 4.5 hours at the salon for color only ! I have never been at a hair salon that long in my life for just hair color . It was awful ! I hate my color its super ashy ! I had someone ask me if some of my hairs were grey ! NO !
