UPDATE: we just switched to farm bureau and with the same exact home and auto policies, we are saving $130 per month. we changed insurance companies a few years ago to farmers and have not been impressed. recently my husbands windshield was shattered from ice falling off another drivers vehicle. we asked for help or what to do in this situation and were not given any assistance or helpful advice. whats the point of having an agent then? so now we will be paying the $300 for a windshield out of pocket. thanks so much for all the help.

I've never met Adam or Phyllis in person yet they treat me like we've known each other for years. I put the pressure on them to deliver two policies for a couple of Motor cycles in the store, one assembled which made it way harder to deal with. Specifically Phyllis saw it all done for me, she made me feel like I was her top priority and in the end got everything done.
Farmers might be a bit more expensive than your discount insurance but these two folks will take good care of you and the coverage is good. Claims in the past have also been a breeze with Farmers.
