      image Husband and and I walked the red trail (1.5 miles) and loved it. it's still early in the year so it wasn't as green and lush as the woods will be in another month or so buy we found the trail to be well maintained and easy to walk. there were a few older (small) benches for those that choose to rest. Saw lots of wildlife including squirrels chipmunks snakes and a lot of birds including a pilated woodpecker. there were deer tracks but we didn't actually see any of them. careful entering the parking lot though as there are a couple potholes that could use filled.
