I have been a resident of the Emerson Apartment for over a year now and my experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Firstly, the aspect that stands out to me the most is the highly efficient and incredibly friendly maintenance crew and staffs. They are consistent in their timely response to any and all service requests and it's a comfort to know that they never let any of our requests slip through the cracks. Their demeanor is always pleasant and they go above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied with their service. Moreover, the staff at the main office are always kind and sincere to the residents as well!
In addition, the Emerson Apartment continues to foster a convivial atmosphere through the regular events. These gatherings not only create a sense of belonging among residents, but they also provide ample opportunities for socializing, networking, and just having fun. This really brings a positive vibe to our daily lives.
Safety is also a key attribute of the Emerson Apartment . Its strategic location just off the main road ensures easy accessibility while also maintaining a secure atmosphere. The feeling of returning to a safe, familiar place at the end of each day is truly comforting and makes me rest easy at night.
Lastly, they are renovating the units now. I am currently living in unrenovated unit but it is still better than other apartments' units (Cuz I 've lived in AA for 6yrs).
All in all, Emerson Apartment is an extraordinary place to live. Especially, I also like their sauna inside the gym(it is free). I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and attentive living experience in Ann Arbor.

I am not a resident but am a Professional Organizer that has worked with a couple residents at the Emerson. I have found Jessica Ennis, the Property Manager, to be very compassionate and helpful to the residents and their needs. It's nice to find someone who cares.

We are so happy that we chose this community. Everything from the office staff to maintenance to the neighbors, have exceeded our expectations. Jessica and Rachel (in the office) always make us feel comfortable with asking questions. The maintenance guys are kind and professional. We especially love this place because we have fantastic neighbors. This is a great place to live if you have a dog. Our dog loves it here because he has made so many friends. If you are considering a move, I highly recommend The Emerson, you won't be disappointed.

Love this place! The office staff are AMAZING! Rachel is always so helpful! The resident events have been so much fun.
