I was just at the Whitmore Lake location again. This is the SECOND time that I have encountered a rude older female working at this location. Why are you allowing your employees to act in the manner? I have been banking here for 23 years back when it was First National. The last couple years I have noticed your staff is extremely unprofessional. Just because someone is old does not give them the right to treat people like garbage. Seriously, lady. Just retire already. My mother or grandmother would NEVER treat anyone that way, but my family has class. You clearly do not. DO NOT YELL AT A CUSTOMER WITHOUT JUST CAUSE. If anyone cares to read this, please fire the white-haired woman who was working at the Whitmore Lake location on Friday, March 29th, 2024. The star I'm giving is for the nice young lady who replaced Chanda. Chanda was great as well. Hire more ladies like Chanda and this new girl. My mother just informed me that she quit going to this location due to the rude, unpleasant attitudes of women like the white-haired female. My parents have been banking here since the 80s. Also, fix your ATMS. They never work.

This bank is absolutely awful. They took over First national and it's literally a running joke in my family that we can tell who worked for First National(amazing service) and who came in from boaa(rude). Their customer service is atrocious. It's like they purposely try to make your life difficult. They have no idea what they are doing. The merger seems to be an absolute hot mess. I've never had any issues with my bank until they took over. Suddenly it's constant issues. Seriously thinking of going to a different bank.

This is a bank that works in a bullet proof manner. Ive checked around I know my funds are safe just because of the old proven characteristics they still carry today.
