I needed ink (black, red, blue and yellow) for my printer so I decided to go local. I went into Cartridge World in Ann Arbor MI. They did not have what I needed (a very normal brand, found in any office supply store). They said they could have someone bring it from their store in Brighton MI the next day. BUT they didn't have the larger black cartridge that I wanted so I settled for the single cartridge. They call me the next day and I went and got it. I put it in my printer and copied about 35 pages, then my printer said the black cartridge needed to be replaced (no ink) and the blue, red and yellow were low. WHAT? I JUST PUT THE NEW CARTRIDGES IN. I JUST SPENT $47.66 FOR 35 COPIES! WHAT A RIP OFF.

I used to get my HP 61 cartridges from the previous Ann Arbor store and was disappointed to hear when they closed, but now happy to see that Jennifer opened her store here. She was very helpful in letting me know how to get the best cartridge for my money and, I even brought my old punch card which she honored. Glad to see your store in Ann Arbor!

Fantastic customer service! Even if you don't bring a product they carry , they will try to help you find a solution. I will purchase all of my future printers and cartridges there. I highly recommend this store.

The people at Cartridge World have always been extremely helpful and accommodating, and the new Ann Arbor location is no different. I recently had an issue with a check printer that stopped working, and not only did they assist with getting me the MICR toner I needed NEXT DAY, they even helped talk me through what printer to get as a replacement. Not to mention the fact that anytime I've had a problem with a toner cartridge in the past, they are happy to swap it out for a replacement. I will always recommend them. Absolutely A+ service every time.

Sometimes you run into a business that is so well-grounded in values that you have to stop and sing some praises! After having a problem with a printer (purchased elsewhere), I brought it to Cartridge World to see if anything could be done to get it to work properly.
It was clear from the first greeting that this is a business built around customer service. The owner spent more than an hour trying to solve my problem, and then gave me specific information I could use to speak with the company that had made the printer (and wasn't being helpful) to try to get a positive resolution.
I was impressed by the owner's professionalism, knowledge and genuine interest in resolving a problem that wasn't even of her making! She saw a person's need and she stepped up to meet it. ....AND she would not even let me pay her for the effort! If you're buying a printer, or replacing your next printer cartridge I encourage you to check out this store and the people associated with it. Just to say it clearly, Hewlett Packard could learn a lot from this business! I won't be buying an HP ever again, but when I do get my next printer, you can be sure that it will be purchased from Cartridge World of Ann Arbor!
