Overpriced, customer services mediocre, and deteriorated over the years. They lock front door and shut light which is a major flaw for the renters and their clients, every service is a la carte. Every year they wanted double digit rent increases for spaces that were quite small. Stingy corporation management with reduction in amenities without notice.
It is almost a bait and switch operation. Great accommodations at first that suddenly disappear for no reason. When one asks, they blame it on a change of corporate policy. For instance you have to pay extra for a conference room. You pay extra for coffee and tea service. There was a shredder for a while that was removed and replaced with a toy shredder probably from staples.
After several years the cost has become unbearable. If you intend to stay there more than 1-2 years, find another place. By the time, I left, I hated the place.

Great staff! Very clean location and will always able to accommodate your needs whether it's for a last minute meeting or just overall service needs.
