When Michael and I started this journey together I said my hope was that at some point I would have a good story to tell and I can say that Michael was instrumental in making that happen. Calling it a journey may seem a little melodramatic but the reality is that my accident was life changing and Michael helped and guided me through the insurance claim process which can be daunting and scary to say the least. With Michael's professional and practical approach we were able to reach a fair settlement with the insurance company which was a huge step in the mental part of my recovery process.
