Hope their security and patrol services are better than their customer service. They don't call back and only can handle small jobs. I won't recommend this company.

Great experience with a great locally owned commercial/residential security company. Dan is an amazing sales exec, and the system installer, Ryan, was very professional, he gave me a full tutorial on how to use the system and even removed old security hardware. Amazing customer service, thanks again Guardian

Im very happy and thankful for our guardian home security system. I feel very confident in the equipment and service. There is no comparison to a Guardian system and one you install yourself. My sales rep James Price has been outstanding as well as Wayne Bell (for the 4K video portion). The installers have all been excellent too (Lance is in Fairbanks and he is awesome). The customer phone support is top notch as well. We are so pleased with the products and service we are getting a second system installed.
