No stars deserved. Several times in my original call, I asked Christina if they ordered custom Juzo Stockings. She said yes they did. She measured me in a couple of places. I told her I'm always measured in other places also. She said they weren't needed. I wondered to myself about this. Well about a week or so later I was surprised to get a call telling me the stockings were in. I thought something was wrong because Juzo's take weeks to arrive & I mentioned this to the phone person. I picked them up & came home. They were the wrong ones. I returned them. Another order went out & AGAIN the wrong ones. Christina then said she tried to bill for them & Medicare/Medicaid won't pay. I called Medicaid to find out what happened. They told me she needs to bill Medicare first. A return call to Christina where she suddenly said we won't do this. I asked her why. She said I told you we won't do this. That was it. No explanation. Nothing. I called another Pharmacy who said this company told them I was angry all the time. Now they won't help me either. WHY did you do this Christina? WHY? Bad experience here. Bad.

I get my compression socks here and they are one of the best and most reasonably priced in the city of Anchorage. The staff there are knowledgeable and warm, I felt like a part of their family and I wasn't just a sale. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and followed up to make sure everything was great. I fell on hardship and they were more than understanding and went above and beyond to make sure that my health needs were met. If you are looking for compression socks or anything of that nature I strongly suggest you give them a try.

This place is top notch! It was the only store in Anchorage that had replacement pads for my tens unit. The staff was very helpful and had my order ready before I arrived.
I’ll be using them from now on.

Amazing service and the absolute
Top of the line equipment. I’ve used the game ready machine 3x and nothing compares. After 2 shoulder surgeries and a hip I can tell you about the pain relief these products will give you.
I’m using the passive motion device and game ready currently. The staff was super nice and carried the gear to my truck and loaded it for me! I can’t say enough good things about
Rapid Recovery. I’d tell anyone in pain, post-op or otherwise, call them and get better in comfort.
