Reserved a truck ahead, did have a small hiccup with my reservation time disagreeing with what I had placed online, however the truck was available. No problems at all, no surprise charges. The only thing that bugged me is the truck had about 15 miles of gas until Empty, so I had to fill it up to begin with. They gave me a discount for filling it up to 1/4 tank, but why not fill it all the way? Oh well. The app works well for pickup and dropoff.

Went to return a trailer and pulled up where it says equipment return. An employee pulled behind me and started hitting his horn. He gets out and tells me to move my vehicle. I move it to the side and go to walk in. Another employee ask me to drop it of with the other trailers. I tell her infront of the guy that yelled for me to move and he shrugs his shoulders and walks off. I ask for the managers business card and was told he doesnt have one and doesnt answer for anyone including his employees.

They went above and beyond at the last minute to help get a unit available. Very sincere and considerate with others, personally would like to shout out with Cecily for amazing customer service.

We've rented a heated storage unit for years. Always had problems with key card and gaining access etc. It's kept barely above 32 degrees and does not have 24 hour access as promised. We removed our belongings on the last day prior to billing cycle and are being told we have to pay another full month for a cleaned empty storage unit that was done before our billing date.no where does it state this in our agreement. Employees are rude and incompetent. I will never use again!!! Look elsewhere for storage. Promise

I reserved a trailer on line, which is not a very fast process since you have to work your way through about 10 sales pitches to buy moving related stuff. When I got to the store, the employee couldn't find my reservation, I had to get the reservation number off my phone before he could find it. Irritating since I've rented from this store 3 or 4 times in the past. Then another gauntlet of questions, many of which I had already answered when I reserved the trailer. Clearly my time is not worth anything, the reservation system and counter check system sucks!!! I had to swipe my credit card twice, maybe 3 times. But to the stores credit, I was allowed to swap to a smaller trailer that I did not see listed on line without any hassle so that was certainly appreciated.
