Purchased 2 filled 30 lb cylinders in 2017 or 18 for camper. Cooked a total of 3 meals, switched to induction cooktop, removed still full (55 lb on scale) cylinders to south deck near bbq.
Tried to cook steak at ~0F; no gas whatsoever from either tank. German 9kg cylinder stored deck, filled with propane in Germany, worked fine. The Suburban cylinders still weighed 55 lb.
I called Suburban about 2 weeks ago and an employee ASSURED me that they never dispense butane even in the summer.
My calculations based on vapor pressure curves is that Suburban sold me LPG thats at least 70% butane.
I dont like mistakes, but I detest companies that LIE to customers.

Edit: new hours (tues-thurs 1200-1600) are now a pain - found a better price 100LL out at Palmer airport.
Best 100LL price in town. Actual hours are 0900-1700, not 0800 as google lists.

Good experience and I am glad for excellent service on 100LL avgas. Really good prices and convenient. Gave me good very knowledgeable advise on a rather bizarre question about horizontal marine propane cylinders.
