Ive been renting with Storio since 2020, and have moved within the facility three times to adapt to what space was needed for extra household goods. Dana, the site manager has shown exemplary professionalism and customer service during this entire time! Hes been patient with me personally, seems ever-present on-site, and quickly responsive to all questions that Ive had. The location is very secure and Ive never felt unsafe when Ive needed to work in my unit on organizing for longer periods of time. I have recommended Storio to others, particularly because of my positive experience with Dana there!
