The service of the actual equipment was fine but I have experienced very poor communication from the owner, Jeff. Back in 2017 we called to have a porta potty picked up-after more than a month of calling I reached Jeff and he told me he would refund a month's charge for the delay in stopping service. This never happened despite my regular calls to the guy.
Do not give them your credit card info to auto run on your account! If you disagree with charges you will never a refund or receive a call back.

well for one, their address is inaccurate. i called and called for someone to answer the phone.never happened. billed for service i never got. when i went to the address it was a commercial office building. artic potty guys lied to me. told me that they were alaska porta potty. nothing can be further from the truth. these are two completely separate companies. so after months they finally picked up they toilet.
