The website for SOA Corporations is easy to use, and everyone I've talked with every time I've needed help has been amazing, so I was pretty amazed to see the lower reviews. It never occurred to me to "rate" the Corporations division, and I'm guessing that's how everyone else who has had a good experience has thought (or not thought) as well. I'd say, Keep up the great work! Thanks!

Very rude and unprofessional office staff. All they care about if sending you off to someone else. Its a shame that this state is so great but manages to hire awful workers for a department that requires the ability to help and guide people looking to get licensed.

For 4 years now including the upcoming 2 years the State of Alaska charging $0 for us small and i do mean small business persons. A BIG Thank You to you for this help during these hard times! Also found out help for the elderly and some help with DPA. Another BIG THANK YOU! All of this help can be done by doing online paperwork and if this ole girl can do it; anyone can do it if you perservere.....we must all do our part to help each other out. Again I just want to say to the State of Alaska Thank you!

Completely ridiculous customer service. No attention to detail. Complete joke of a state entity. It is very apparent that they just want your money, there is no professionalism, no follow through. Only headaches.
