We moved from Anchorage Alaska to Indiana the move was wonderful everything got to Indiana in one piece this company was wonderful to work with the price was right I would recommend them to anyone.

The Backbone of Alaskan Freight Shipping. What would Alaska do without them? For persons moving households with freight, pack well, boxes loose will crush, no bins, hopefully your packers or loading team will help educate you as you go. Be respectful, they do it for a living. Everything got here in great shape. If YOU pack right, you will have the best luck. Nothing is perfect and this went really almost perfect. Any goof was on me. So thats another thing, you got a concern? Calmly voice it. Yes they quote you and you receive the bill and pay up on the other end. It was as predicted or as guessed. We were not taken for one red cent and our shipping arrived early. Off season. It was winter, high snow. Team in anchorage through Royal Alaskan were excellent unloading. Id layed down tarp and all they were really respectful and id packed some boxes too heavy. They didnt gruff. Really 150 percent Id use this buissiness again if I need. Id recommend them definitely. Remember, freight is another beast. Read up. Royal Alaskan will not just make it easy, they will make it happen. Granted, your local experience in your town for loading teams may differ, the company they hired in Massachusetts was amazing and saved the day. Lucky to have Royal Alaska. Hard working, honest, and busy as heck so when you get them on the phone be polite and thats totally what you'll get. Tough industry, a lot of people dont understand how freight works. We are lucky private individuals can still ship freight because many international movers cost much more. Quality un- matched and customer service was great. Seems an alaskan thing but certainly an Royal Alaska Movers thing.

Brad and his team of professionals performed to the highest caliber that can be expected! Our move was from Wasilla, Alaska to Houston, Texas, household items and one vehicle. They gave me an accurate ETA and kept me updated throughout the move. We shipped two pickup trucks to Tacoma, Washington and made a 6 day drive to Houston. Timing was absoutely perfect, got into a temporary rental and two days later our stuff arrived. The crews on both ends were awesome, very enjoyable working with them. Of course, most folks have anxieties about damage and lost items no matter who performs the move. Not a single item was damaged and everything was accounted for. Big shout out to Royal Alaska Movers, you guys are true professionals! And that Brad Chapman fella is a real scholar and gentleman! Cant end this review without mentioning Chase Chapman, a big thank you for all you did for us! All the best to entire staff.
