Now that my hair is healed I can write about it! In 2021 I wanted blonde hair, my hair was all virgin hair! It was past my shoulders, I went in asking for a person who was great with color, I wanted grayish blonde. She told me she knew how!! I trusted her, the first session we sat for 3 hours she foiled my entire head and bleached it!! Afterwards I saw soo many orange and still brown spots all over my head and because they were closed now we made an appt to come back the next day, the next day she bleach bathed my hair!! I sat there for another 3 hours and still no change!! She missed soo many spots! She recommended doing the toner but the blonde wasnt blonde enough! I came back the following week and was given a different person because she was out!! He fouled my entire head, took over 3 hours, then he rinsed my hair leaving soo much bleach, I left out of town and was traveling so my hair was in a pony tail for almost 48 hours with the bleach still in my hair!! When I went to shower I can feel the gunk on my scalp!! I was horrified!! My entire hair was dead!! I couldnt brush it!! And it was this ugly orange color and nooo toner could calm it down!!
I paid $300 each time and tipped $200 per visit!!
I had to keep my hair in a pony tail for almost 3 years while letting my hair grow out!! I could never wash it I tried to keep it naturally oily!! I lost soo much hair my scalp was damaged!! After 3 years I finally had enough grow out to cut ALL the blonde out which made my hair length to the bottom of my ear!!
I emailed and called asking for the manager I write them an email at the time of incident and I never got a response!! I didnt care about a refund I just wanted them to fix the damage they did!! I even went to other places and they refused to do anything because of how fried and damaged my hair was!! It was soo fried the back of my hair was stuck to my scalp!! All they said they could do was cut it off!! And I never got a call back from shear and they know who I am!! SHAME on yall for lying and ruining and not taking responsibility for it!! They know if they type my name they will see how many times they bleached my hair in a month!! No professional would even do that!!
