Absolutely excellent customer service. Thought I had lost something in the truck and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone, Richard, personally went out and checked for me. I will drive across town for this U-Haul specifically. Thank you for stellar service and clean vehicles every time!

I have rented Uhaul a few times and it is always an easy and quick process. I like that the prices are reasonable and the 15ft trucks and above come with a ramp, but I was disappointed to find out that the 10ft trucks do not come with a ramp which prevented me from being able to move my piano. I had to rent another truck and come back another day which cost me an extra 60 bucks. They could advertise this more clearly, but make sure to think about this! I'm also not a huge fan of the hand trucks and straps and blankets that come in the truck, but are zip tied and if you bust the tie to use it they will charge you more than its worth to use those items, so bring your own hand trucks and what not. Otherwise Uhaul has always been a breeze.

Easy to check-in, helpful staff, easy to navigate the facility and easy to use the truck with the prompts and instructions.
