I've been going here a few years off and on and really find it helps me keep on track. Obviously with any therapist you may have to try a few to find the person who gets you the best but I've never had any issues with my therapy

I did not have a very good experience with this clinic at all. My first session was okay, I liked the person I was seeing and she was obviously knowledgeable and definitely helpful. Second session? She no showed, legitimately did not show up. A week later? I still had not heard from her or the clinic. I assumed maybe it was a family emergency but when I called and said she didnt know up to our scheduled appointment they asked me if I wanted to reschedule - two weeks out. I understand things come up but communicating with patients is important, especially when building a relationship in a mental health setting. I wasted time and money on the session I had, and was very disappointed with the patient care following that appointment. The initial appointment was quite expensive to then not even be able to make progress in my mental health because she didnt show up.
Had the care continued, it mightve been worth it.

Im not sure if the person I saw was even a therapist. If she was then I guess she is just a bloody horrible therapist and shouldnt be given money or depended on by any patients of the sort. Do not give this place your money unless you want to risk the chance of getting a disgusting excuse for a professional and for your scheduling to be an absolute nightmare for those who really need the appointments

Disgraceful considering that most people need immediate attention and they can't even do that?! So I decided to look somewhere else especially when you look at the reviews. I sure as hell won't be going there. SMH SHAME
