I just used them to clean a one bedroom apartment at Park Newport. THEY RIP YOU OFF!! I was quoted $60 on the phone. I told them I had a large wine stain. They said it would be an additional charge, but would not specfiy. Juan and Jose came. Barely spoke English. I'm on the 4th floor. They tested the area and said the stain would come out using special chemicals. Never quoted me the price prior to cleaning it.
As I spoke to the one not cleaning the stain telling him I was quoted $60, he said, 'oh, the stain is extra and thought a second, then said it's $125 total. Then while watching the stain removal in one room, the other guy finished, took the hoses down and said he was done. I told them I wanted them to steam over the stained area to remove the chemicals they sprayed on the rug to remove the stain (they sprayed special chemicals then put a hot iron over the spots over a wet washcloth to remove the stain). After I insisted, they brought the hoses and equipment back and steamed the area they just sprayed a lot of chemical on.
When done, the other guy said it was $125 for the stain removal ONLY, PLUS the $60 for the rest of the room. So $185 total for 45 minutes cleaning a one bedroom apartment!!! I had money to tip them and even gave them $20 each cash and simply told them they worked hard. So $225 (including tip) to clean a one bedorom apt with an every-changing rate fee depending on how much English they pretended to understand and how much incompetance I wouldn't tolerate.
Confirm all the rates FIRST before they do any work. They obviously don't have a rate fee for extra cleaning and just make up the amount based on how much they think they can rip you off for. Typical non-English speaking, hurry, get-in, get-out scam company!!! Use anyone else!!!!
