The worst Appraisal company i have ever dealt with in my entire life. For comps they do not compare apples to apples they compare apples to oranges plus they go outside of the neighborhood with a different zip code claiming that there is no sales around your home when my two neighbors from each side sold their properties less than 6 months ago and according to him there have been no sales in my neighborhood in the past 6 months. Stay away from this company or better yet before you get a mortgage or a HELOC as your financial institution what company will be appraising your property and if its this one dont waist your time and money many financial institution are using this appraisal service because its cheaper than others. pay the money and get a good one one that knows what to do when it comes to appraisals.
