Called and booked a reservation today and 35mins later when I am already on my way there, they call to tell me there are not cars avaliable instead of checking that before hand.

We have rented from this Enterprise location numerous times. Each time we rented from them we were disappointed. I believe in giving people a chance because things do happen that are beyond our control however this is ridiculous! Last year 2021 we rented in May and the van was FILTHY. There were ants in the van and trash under the seats in the stow and go areas. This year we have rented twice. Last month, March 2022 we rented a Pacifica that was also dirty, full of pet hair and smelled really bad. They reduced our fee by 15% because we detailed the vehicle and returned it cleaner than we received it. We rented again this month April 2022 and this was the last straw. We made our reservation online a week prior to our trip. The day of our trip they tried to get us to take a car instead of the van. This wouldnt work for us because we have to take our disabled child and her equipment on vacation with us so we need the extra room. Then we were told no vans were available and would we mind postponing our trip for a day to get a vehicle. When we expressed how unacceptable this would be miraculously they had a brand new Pacifica show up just before closing time. For this aggravation we were offered 10% off our bill. Please dont waste time or money renting from these folks. If you do, expect poor service because that is exactly what you will get.
