What a GEM you have in Allen Lisle, your Lead Field Service Tech!!!! Our power steering went out , forcing us to sit on the side of the road, outside a small town , 90 miles N of Amarillo. We called Rush, after dealing with a mechanic in a smaller town, who kept us sitting for 30 hrs, and little communication. Allen called, asked for pictures and questioned our situation. He showed up prepared with all the correct parts, went right to work, answered all our concerns, and was very professional and knew his business. We felt confident in his work 100%. What a blessing he was! Thanks to Allen, we made our delivery in Dallas this morning. Fresh Freight LLC congratulates this outstanding employee!

Don't be in a hurry to get something done. Their not. Spent over 8 hours to get something fixed and then told its back ordered. As of today. My truck still not fixed.
Update. The inverter I ordered over 3 months ago. It's still not in. I don't know how this place stays in business. I've told my office. I'll go to a truck stop to get work on my truck before I'll go back here

Rude guy at the service desk acts like you should know the answer to his questions without him asking you . Youll have to wait a whole day after they tell you to bring in the morning they lie about service details all I wanted was a windshield washer pump , not a trustworthy place better off going somewhere else

Dont waste your time coming here. Took eight hours to clean a truck side trailer connector 7 pin for 651 dollars. What a rip off!
