      image Charging $3.50 to print a label for Amazon return? Yall must be desperate for money. Its .25 to make a copy.
      Ppl pay a monthly fee for free returns and yall charge for a single print out?? Nah that aint desperate thats greedy. Im hoping Amazon finds another company to do returns.

      There are many expenses that go into having the technology available and ready to use. We are not greedy, but we are a business providing service. On each return code it does say if the label needs to be printed or if the item needs to be packed. You can always have the label printed and the item packed if that is what Amazon is requesting of you. Thanks,The UPS Store

      image If you are looking for zero service, this is the place to go. Staff standing around as heavy boxes are coming in with zero desire to help the customer. Additionally adding to the frustration, a staff member was walking out as I was walking in with a 70 lb box and waited for me to open the door.
