Wish I could give them 0 stars or less. Been a customer for over 25 years. Customer service keeps getting worse, prices keep going up, channel/package selection gets worse. Have tried to cancel since 2/25/23, have been on hold for hours after finally getting the automated system to pick up. No one will help. While being "transferred" the call gets disconnected. Just want to CANCEL service!!!!! If negative stars was an option I would give them negative ten stars.

Not at this office in particular, but impossible to cancel service when dialing 1-800 number, especially for commercial accounts. Do not subscribe!

Devon & Herman were amazing! They got our 4 TVs up & running without any issues. My old people are very pleased!

Can't see weather when we need to and stations can't watch cause not available but still pay for them.
