The groups were acceptable. They need a better intake process to ensure voluntary patients are fully aware of the rules and what follows after you check yourself in. Secondly, pills arent the answer to every single problem. Treating people as a whole isnt the way to dealing with a sole individuals needs. Every person comes with their own problems. People are complex people and are unique in their own way. Take the time to have more one one individual therapy sessions and try and see what that person is actually dealing with. A good ear and good feedback is all that some may need. Start making the individual actually feel like a person.

My experience was good but not great, especially Paisley and Steven were very affectionate and inappropriate with there actions, they were very touchy with each and flirty in front of patients which was ridiculous, and when anyone would ask Paisley for anything etc meaning our meds, hygiene, self health, she would say I don't care I'm busy and say she'll get to it, and continue to stay on her phone, and never would call us for our meds or nothing we would actually have to go straight to Susan and have to ask if we can get our meds which she was a great person and worker, but Paisley and Steven made my experience 10 times worse, with them saying how much they drank last night and if they're going to go drink more long island tea's that night, like rubbing in our faces, which I find very inappropriate considering a lot of us are there for substance abuse and do not and should not have to be endure to that demeaning of a inappropriate situation, which is very unprofessional, and he was never around unless Paisley was around, which was odd but did not stop flirting and being touchy with inside the unit, so yeah it was not great to have anyone endure that experience

I got COVID at the Pavillion. Also athletes foot from not properly disinfecting the showers. Thanks for the fun your facility has caused me.
