I rented a stump grinder at 2:30 p.m. for a Half-day and had to use it out of town. They close at 5:30 and i didn't think I'd make it back to town in time so i called and asked if it would be OK for me to bring it back first thing in the morning...i accidentally slept in a little bit but still had it returned by 9:00 and got charged for a full day rental when i was told it would still only be half day charge. I called and was told it would be fixed but it never was... because of this i basically grinded those stumps for free that day

These guys know whats up. Last minute call in? They got you. Need a delivery? No problem. They get you in and out quickly, theyre guys are all well trained and appear clean and knowledgeable. Their equipment is well kept and always runs strong.
Dont waste time and money at the other stores. Born in raised in Amarillo, Ive rented at rabern for over 15 years.

The best place in town to rent from! I often need various machines and Rabern offers top notch equipment guaranteed to get the job done. Even better, the employees are outstanding. 10/10 all around!

As a consumer. Renting equipment from this company turned into a nightmare. Had to file a complaint with my bank to get my money returned. And no notification they would not rent to my new company. Childish games do to jealous family members unprofessional ethics from Curtis Hutchinson. I highly recommend sunbelt rental

Legends Quality and Affordable lawn care services LLC. We rented a pressure washer on Wednesday April 12th at 1pm. One of the guys said the printer was down. We returned it at 1pm on Thursday April 13th 1 day at $190 per day. Looked at my receipt they charge me. $146 on the 12th and $366 on the 13th when we return pressure washer. Then the guys that sit at the front desk laugh at my guys when we told them to get the guy who loaded us up on Yesterday. They took no pride in the company or respect for mine. !!!Beware of you have a business card on file with them. It's the second time they did this to my company over charging because we have unlimited $. I just said something this time. The owner asked what I wanted I told him to get to the bottom of it. He did not want to do it. Beware if you have accounts on file!! All the guys just want a paycheck
