Horble Terble! I've been with metlife for about 4 years.... My last vehicle was from a year before trade in. Why was I driving around with no insurance coverage & later no registration for about 5 months! They claim they never knew I had a new vehicle & was still receiving my payments!
Thankfully, my car wasn't taken when I was pulled over by the police! I admittedly canceled them. Now they still trying to say I never called in to cancel the coverage!
Like, you gotta be kidding me!! Why in the blue blazes would I need (1) vehicle covered, twice?!!
Never knew my agent, never spoke to anyone since signing up about nothing, until I had to drop them like hot grits! Farmers, I hope y'all will do better for those that remained with the new merger....
Do I have to waste a star?!!

Inconsistent billing, poor customer service

Metlife is super expensive ripp off insurance they will change your insurance policy without your authorization as they did to me.
