My daughter tried to use a gift card she was given for $50, the cashier took it said it had been used and threw it in the trash at the Northpoint location. She was shocked and left. I called the store and was told they were really sorry but there was nothing they could do as they trash had been taken out and they dont have proof of purchase. It was a gift card, those are given as gifts so no the spender does not usually have proof of purchase. It had not been used, so if she had the card we could easily call and fix it but the card is in the trash and the store has refused to issue her store credit or fix it without proof of purchase. So they essentially took $50 from her and threw it in the trash, apologized and said there is nothing they can do. So many places to buy beauty products, we will never use Sephora for anything again.

Aces mom (forgot her name) She did good! Shes a team member because she jumped in and assisted the other lady with applying lashes. She also had a co-worker prep me Ill update with photos when I get them back from the photographer. I would def come back! I believe she needs a raise because shes a great team player.

First time in this location, and it didnt disappoint. Large selection of fragrances, lost of free samples, smiling faces and Friendly staff as expected .
