Understaffed drive thru is a disaster on Fridays and Saturdays. Pizza is mid but not worth waiting over a hour plus for . Ordered using the app , that seems pointless as the estimated time wasnt even close . Its been 15 minutes since receiving a text that pizza was done and still waiting . Cheap pizza , cheap service . Been like this every time weve come here . Got a refund and left . Was offered to call general
Manager in the morning . Why is the general manager not there during the busiest time . Incompetent leadership , horrible franchise. Will never come back .

Last 3 times we ordered. First time called for 3 pizzas at 1 pm to have ready for 3 pm waited til 320 to get them.2 ND time ordered stuff crust never put the cheese In the crust. The 3rd time ordered stuff crust I got there and went to pick it up no stuffed crust told it was gonna be 10 minutes and waited 20 minutes to remake it.
