Honestly this place used to be decent years ago.....now not so much.....the counsler asked my daughter to schedule the appt.....being the kid that she is she dosnt always remember what's going on....so she had a track tournament on day of appt that she scheduled.....so needed to cancel it...and on top of that wondered why they wouldn't check with the parent...so then they charged me a 75 dollar cancelation fee....and when i explained shes a minor and the appt should of been scheduled with parent i got a response from the owner saying that 14 they are allowed ro schedule appts and blah blah....idc what the laws or whats allowed its not right! So when my daughter mistakes when her tournament is then i have to pay the 75 dollar fee.....(granted it was waived after much much deliberation) how is that resonable....so then i reschedule the appt and guess what...the counselor canceled! Lol....so now do i get to charge 75 lol....place is a joke....spouse to be helpful and honestly it caused me stress...do urself a favor...just find another place....some place with maybe a little compassion or common sense and they always wanna go back to "you signed the agreement" yesh i did...but again....people who seek counseling are typically in some sort of crisis or stressful situation they need to tslk about...they could care less! They just want to take tske take and justify it with there 30 page agreement which seemed a little excessive and honestly was a red flag from the start but thats on me for not just walking away when I seen it...they are doing more harm then help in my opinion. Just dont go.

You can unfortunately see the rating at this place. If you want to be accused of things and apologized to on a regular for being attacked in sessions by the counselor this is your place. If you want real actual help on how to make things better maybe you should find another place. They like to tell you what they think verses ask and find out facts. It's such a rushed feeling. I would love for someone to watch the sessions I had. It was very unfortunate. I hope whoever is in charge does a much better job. You need to stop what your doing with such a poor rating or care more about who pays you to help out. Not just take insurance money and not do what your job is. I pray these people will have a heart and make things beneficial to their clients. It's nice of you to try but in this field you need to be caring. Your review rating shows how much you care...
