I would rate -5 stars if possible. I lived at Springbrook Gardens 2 years ago with my wife and in the year we lived there we both, along with our service animals, had serious health issues. We found out after about 8 months living there that we had black mold in our apartment, we notified the property management as soon as we found out and the only thing they did was spray harmful chemicals that 1. Did not solve the issue and 2. Was dangerous for our service animals. It took 2 months and threats of a law suit to get them to break our lease early. I would not recommend this place to anyone. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE and save yourself some medical bills.

1 star because I can't give a zero. Since we have lived here in 2 years there have been 2 landlords. The new one that they have set in stone plays favorites with residents. We aren't even allowed to have plants in the front or back of our place. They claim only no dead plants, but they are stupid they don't understand about perrinials and anniual flowers that some die and grow back every year. They threatned evicition with us if we didn't remove the plants outside our apartment. These were plants that were here from the previous tennent, but they didn't care, it was our responsibility. They took my husbands work truck ramp and had it hauled away. It was an 1000 dollar ramp and my husband demanded they bring it back. To try and get the heat off of them, they tried saying I told them that they could take it which was a complete fabrication. They have their own towing servive they use, but when my husbands work truck stalled out in the parking lot blocking people in we had called my husband's works towing company and while they were on their way the complex called their own and wanted to try and make us pay for the tow service man for coming out there when we had already told them that my husbands work was taking care of it. Shortly after incident the next day we got a notice on our door that they were raising the rent by 200 in the next 3 months? Sound more then coincidental? Don't rent from these people. They allow peoples kids run around everywhere, they don't enforce the pool rules, or the parking rules. Each unit has 2 available parking spots and there are people here who have 4 cars for each household and they try to park in everyone elses spots and when you complain to management they do nothing about it. There is no maintenance number and the office is never open. So if you have a maintenance issue you have to fill out a piece of paper and hope they get back to you soon about it. The landlord was always putting notes on our door threatning eviction and giving us violations. One time she knocked on the door and told me to get my christmas wreath off there because it was spring and not Christmas. I went and changed the rrd ribbon to pink ribbon for spring and hung it back up that night. Stay away from this place. It is not worth the trouble and the apartments themselves aren't that great because they never fix the problems they just cover them up. Theres MOLD, ANTS, SLUGS and the pool is never opened.
