Full disclosure, Ive never step foot in the store but I did accidentally called in an order . Instead of thief, river Falls floral I accidentally called here and ordered a bouquet to pick up the day before my wifes birthday. The customer service is amazing because they called and made sure I was able to pick up the order. At that time it was revealed that I called the wrong store and I was definitely not able to drive 500 miles to pick it up tonight. thank you for understanding im sorry for my mistake

Very nice experience buying plants here . They have a good selection of plants . I bought a couple hard to find plants there . Also great costumer service very informative on the care of different plants I would recommend
