This place is a trainwreck. Teller Deb treats the other staff like garbage. It's slow, arduous, and difficult every time I have been in the place. It's a bank, it should not be this hard.

Worst bank ever. The Indian lady or whatever she is treats you like youre a criminal when you speak to her, no empathy whatsoever. She is racist & nasty. My account was blocked for 3 days so I had no access to funds and I was told from HER that there was nothing she can do. I spoke with someone else which fixed the issue with no problem. They need to hire better people to represent the company because shes an absolute nightmare. If you go to this bank good luck speaking with her! Im glad I no longer bank with this company. They make you go over your whole life history in order to withdrawal YOUR MONEY. Its awful.

Simple cash withdrawal took over 10 minutes. They didnt send the money until I hit the help button repeatedly.
