This urgent care is a hit or miss theyre usually super fast but some of the staff are extremely rude I.e: ignoring and rolling their eyes at a request for somewhere for my disabled mother to sit while she took my weight I wont be going back

If I could give zero stars I would!! I took my son here because he injured himself playing football, I couldnt go into the x-ray room since I was pregnant. They told my son he was just being dramatic because he wasnt in that much pain, they kept having him move his arm in painful positions. My son told me that something was broken, he seen it himself. The assistant doctor and the nurse both said the x-ray looked good and hell be okay but it have to be evaluated by the doctor. The next day the head doctor was blowing up my phone to tell me that my son had a broken collarbone and to go get him from school. The head doctor is very pleasant and I have a lot of respect for him. I cant say the same about his staff because they were more concerned about going home than the well-being of their patients. Anyone who seen that x-ray should have known that the bone was out of place it was sticking up through his skin for Goodness sake!!

I came into the park urgent care and was 1st seen by the front desk attendants who were super fast and helpful. Next I was greeted by the most precious nurse so bright and cheerful trying to keep my spirits up . Every time someone in my family comes here it is such a personal experience feeling like you are at home with mom from the comforting staff. Thank you again park urgent care for a 10 out of 10 experience overall!

If I could give it 10 stars out of five, wld! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF HERE AT PARK URGENT CARE!!!! ESPECIALLY THE BEAUTIFUL YOU LADY AT THE FRONT DESK. Her customer service was impeccable. I had to take my son here before work. Just to find out for some reason his insurance was canceled by the state. (I'm sure negligence on his mother's behalf, but In fairness that's conjecture at the exact reason) none the less, both pharmacy and doctors office were great and did everything they cld to make sure my son (2 years old) was seen, and medicated with affordable prescriptions. The pretty young lady at the front desk, was outstanding, and deserves a raise!!!! THANK YOU TO THE ENTIRE STAFF HERE AT PARK URGENT CARE!!!
