Every time I need to deposit a check there's this really nice gal (Victoria) who helps me and she has the most wonderful customer service. She's really friendly, and I always feel welcome when I go there.

I was waiting with a customer in the bank was sitting while the customer was been attending to an a lady came out and telling me that I can't sit and wait here and I can't sleep I was not sleeping just sitting with my head leaning back and say they are in some control environments I understand that but she need tolearn how to speak to people she was rude in her speaking she could have say it a nicer way.

Nice bank with good people.
Interest rates are not as good as those online, but it is nice to talk with a person.
Also they can handle issues when they arrive which is hard to do online.
