I just come to the off On this Monday and very upset the way they worked .The first time I came they give me all the price of my teeth need to get done and I accept that price and we start to do my teeth.After first time I did They tell me need to come back more couple time to finish but EVERYTIME I COME BACk THEY ALLWAY GIVE ME Different PRICE and add $100 to $200 of many reason..

My family visit forest f. Dentistry since 2002 I came for a filling in 2007 luckily which I still have.
I highly recommend forest family Dentistry.
Dentist have passion for their job which I admire.

This feedback is for one of the receptionist/appointments maker of Forest Family Dentistry Office who was Receptionist today, November 10, 2022, afternoon shift. She is very unprofessional and impolite.
I would like to suggest that the Manager of Forest Dentistry have this Receptionist take behavior and Customer Service courses from very basic level. She needs to learn Customer Service.
The Dentists are very professional and nice.
I would like to give 5 starts for Dr Manorack. She is very professional and nice.
I would like to give negative star and zero to the receptionist who was on receptionist today November 10, 2022 in the afternoon shift. I have been in the Forest Family Dentistry several times, and noticed this Receptionist is always frustrated on the Clients and has very unprofessional attitude with customers except Spanish Customers who speaks Spanish.
She treats Customers differently than each other.
The attitude and unprofessional customer service of this Receptionist will affect the Forest Family Dentistry very badly soon.

I have been a patient at Forest Cosmetic and Family Dentistry, PLLC, twice a year, for nearly 20 years, so probably around 40 visits. I have had a wide variety of services: cleanings, cavities filled, crowns fitted -- and once they even helped me (in an emergency) reattach a loose implant (originally implanted defectively by an "implant specialist" in DC). This practice goes far beyond normal standards of patient care.
During this time, I've been under the care of three different very skilled dentists (Drs. Vu, Cho, and Pham DDS) and all were exceedingly competent, friendly, and efficient.
- I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes for scheduled appointments.
- They are very aware of client comfort; I am always told to let them know if there is any pain (there never is).
First rate spotlessly clean facility, organized staff, and conveniently located.
Never a problem with billing or overcharges.
Dr. Pham DDS (and colleagues) are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
