Carl W Blais on Google

image Hi. I would like to introduce myself.
I am Carl. First of all, a few things about myself that others may find shocking.
I lived in Alexandria, Virginia, between January, 2000 and 2001. I read about the killing in the newspaper and on TV in December, 2001
About a year after moving to Virginia, around the time of Schwartz death, I ended up in jail myself for making the wrong comment about President Bush, I was sentenced to a year of federal time for comments taken out of context about Bush in relation to Armageddon. I was also sentenced to some additional time as a result of a shady plea deal that resulted in a misdemeanor charge being transferred from Florida State prosecutors to federal prosecutors in Virginia, a case I later learned was null processed in Florida prior to my plea deal in Virginia for a Florida case. Prison for a dismissed case!!! A deal the Devil himself I certainly believed had his dirty dealings with after finding out I was tricked into pleading guilty to a dismissed case, either that or there was a serious mix-up somewhere.
Now back to earlier.
In December 2001 around the time I was sentenced to a year, I sent Katie Inglis a letter, while she was an inmate in Loudoun County. I received a letter back from her about a week or two later, around the time of my incarceration. We exchanged several letters back and forth for about a year.
During that time, I showed some of the letters to someone in my cellblock and he gave me some ideas of what I should mention in my letters because he was interested in her case too.
I advised Katie to testify against Clara for her to receive leniency in one of my letters. Soon after she wrote me back mentioning a plea offer she received.
I hope I didn't cause any injustice as a result to Kyle, Clara, or Mr. Pfohl.
I quit writing Katie around 2003. Later the individual who was interested in our communications with Katie asked why I stopped writing her. I told him if he wanted to write her a letter he could. That was the last I heard, other than what I heard in the news about the trials, until my release from jail. I moved back to Alexandria upon my release.
I later left Virginia for Montreal in May, 2007 and filed a immigration claim to reside in Canada.
The Canadian government denied my refuge claim in early 2008. I was later arrested by the RCMP, in December of that year, after filing subsequent immigration claims in other countries while detained by Immigration in Canada.
Later I had former Canadian Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau's former Justice Minister (Attorney General) Jerome Choquette represent me with my case. One of Trudeau's sons, Alexandre Trudeau, the brother of the current Canadian Prime Minister, Justin Trudeau, also played a role in my case. I had temporary freedom granted to me while under arrest by the RCMP after being transferred to Douglas Hospital in Verdun, Quebec. I was at Douglas for a few months because the court ordered a mental evaluation. Douglas Hospital permitted me to leave the hospital unattended for a few hours at a time to go down the street to a church to learn about Jehovah and Jesus.
After being dismissed from Douglas Hospital, I was transferred back to the RDP jail in Montreal.
Months later I had my charges dismissed and was deported to the US on November, 14, 2010. Canadian Immigration drove me to the US border and dropped me off in Vermont.
I moved back to Florida in early 2011, shortly after returning to Virginia in December, 2010.
In 2011 I tried to claim asylum in Cuba because of how I viewed myself as being tricked into pleading guilty for a dismissed case that began in Saint Augustine, Florida, in December, ,1998. I spent about a year detained for stealing a vehicle for the purpose of traveling to Cuba. After my release, I later returned to West Palm Beach.
Later, I decided to re-enroll in college to pursue certification in Computer Science, after completing classes at Miami Dade College, I recently enrolled for Spring 2020 classes at Harvard Extension. I'm currently seeking employment to pay my tuition.
