I went to malloy to sell a used 2011 chrysler town and country with 90k miles, leather seats, cd player electric seats. This was a conversion model upgrade with wheel chair ramp. The car itself without the conversion is worth 6k in its condition. I however needed front break pads, rotors and calibers..and my front drivers side window was down and needed a bracket. Approx 650.00 worth of repairs. They asked me what I wanted I said 3k as my rent was due an I had been out of work. He told me 500 dollars. These people are crooks. He would turn around and sell the van for 7k....I don't recommend buying or selling cars from them. My first job in virginia was koons Ford maybe give them a try...

I was contacted by a sales representative about a vehicle I was interested in. I worked with the sales team to get the number lined up due to living out of state before making the drive to sign for the vehicle. We ran my credit and trade in value. Once we agreed on the numbers and I advised them to lock me in and that I was coming that same day after work to purchase the vehicle, they sold it before I was able to get there. When I called to ask about the policy I received the run around. I asked them why they have an online process if they do not hold the vehicles for people who live out of state if they are coming the same day and was advised thats not how it works. Worst experience yet.

This is my second time buying from them and they have always been the best of sales. Emmanuel Cavalcante was my salesman and he was awesome. Very patient and provided me the best information to make my purchase very smooth. Thank you and hope to buy my next car for Malloy.
