The staff was friendly and patient focused. The wound care nurses were excellent. I was panicking about everything and she kept calm, did her job well, which put me at ease. My interaction with Nurse I would give 5 stars

This is the worst place to put your loved one. Doctors that lie, physical therapists that are incompetent, neglect and failure to follow through with authorization of filling prescriptions after patient has been discharged. One star because food isn't half bad. The place is a dump with antiquated beds. The physical therapists do their own assesments and ruin any progress made prior to admission. Your loved one can get injured and they will cover it up. They will keep you in the dark about progress or lack thereof. They will over medicate your loved one to slow down progress of therapy. Your loved one will lay in bed all weekend without any respite putting them in a wheelchair to strengthen lumbar support. All this place cares about is slow dragging recovery as long as possible in order to keep the money rolling in. Horrible place that deserves to be shut down. There's all kinds of neglect bordering on abuse.
