Our new weekday shopping shuttle driver, Melanie, is an excellent driver who goes out of her way to be helpful to passengers. We are equally fortunate to have Phesia and Charlie as our alternate drivers on the Saturday shopping run. The condo's schedule is a challenge for both passengers and drivers, but Fleet has provided excellent service above and beyond what's required or expected.

We hired Fleet for our wedding in October and communication leading up to the weekend was great. Mason was super responsive and flexible when we had schedule shifts or wanted to add an additional vehicle. The week prior to the wedding, we received an itinerary of each bus (we had 3 total) and the routes appeared to be correct, so we had full confidence that everything would go according to plan. Unfortunately, that's not what happened.
On the way to the wedding, one of the buses got lost (in the venue parking lot of all places...), stranding our guests and forcing them to scramble and find the venue entrance. This questionable mishap delayed our ceremony by 15 minutes as we waited for all guests to be seated.
At the end of the night, we were supposed to have two buses going to our after party in DC, but our guests were told that none of the buses would be going to the after party location. My husband and I boarded a bus with our friends and asked the driver to make a quick stop at the after party location (something he was supposed to do anyway) since it was a 2 minute drive from the hotel where he thought he was dropping us off. He refused, forcing us and our guests to get out and walk to the after party which luckily wasn't too far away.
To say we are disappointed and frankly a bit embarrassed about the service provided to our guests is an understatement. I reached out to Fleet and they seemed to have no knowledge of the errors but provided us with a few hundred dollar refund which doesn't scratch the surface of what we paid.
There are several transportation companies in the DC area that I'm sure would do a great job. When looking for transportation to your next event, I would skip Fleet.

Fleet Transportation did a wonderful job for our daughter's wedding, providing transportation one day between Alexandria and DC and between Alexandria and Mount Vernon another day. The buses were modern and very clean, and the drivers were punctual and professional in every way.

We hired Fleet for the shuttle service at our wedding. The communication from Mason was very timely and the pricing was very competitive. On the wedding day everything ran smoothly and they provided us with an extremely new, clean shuttle that ran like clockwork. The driver was extremely professional and friendly.

Fleet Transportation provided buses for our wedding guests - they did a great job, on time pick up and drop off which is all you can hope for on the day of your wedding. Thank you so much!
