If you want to be treated like cattle, get no personal attention, be hustled out the door after 45 minutes and severely limited to 7 dresses to try, this place is for you. Simply horrible and dismissive customer dis-service, to the point my daughter was denied the chance to put back on a dress she was seriously considering buying. No warmth, no concern. Go anywhere else! Especially recommend Zolas or Ava Laurenne instead .

They told me one price and then when I went for my fitting they tried to charge me $1200 more! Absolutely outrageous. Poor customer service.

Best experience at bridals by natalie ! Great customer service they are kind and know what they are doing process was smooth and alterations as well . There dress selection is very modern and have a variety of styles ! Great selection of dresses ! Loved my wona concept dress ! It was magical dress ! Gladys is the sweetest person and will help with anything she really cares about the brides everyone loved the dress !

I absolutely enjoyed my experiences with Bridals By Natalie from the beginning until the very end. They were very welcoming. Once they figured out my style they were able to show me an array of dresses. This was my favorite location to dress shop as they had an abundant collection. It was so hard to choose because I liked every dress. Bridals By Natalie was also extremely accommodating and intuitive. Id recommend any future bride to check them out. Positive vibes. Great selection. And warming/welcoming. They were the best and made sure that my dress and veil were EXACTLY what I wanted,l.

I was determined to find a dress online, but with no luck and time wasted, I decided to find a local boutique in person. I found Bridals by Natalie and decided to go in persona for an appointment. I was the only client they had booked for that hour so they were able to put all their energy and focus towards me. I felt very attended to. I also didn't feel judged by them for getting a wedding dress with only a few months left. They asked me what I wanted, and I told them, but they also had me try on many different styles which were all so beautiful, elegant styles.
I found a dress that I adored, but it needed some alterations. The bust area was just showing too much. I asked them if they thought they could add more to the dress to cover it up. They said they could definitely make it work. After a few more consultations, we arrived at the final dress. We added sleeves with some extra material they had left in the store and the seamstress beautifully covered the front of the dress. It was so professionally done that it didn't even look like there were extra pieces added to the dress.
I am so in love with the dress that I wore and I want to keep it forever. I am so grateful to the ladies at Bridals by Natalie for going above and beyond to make me look stunning on my wedding day. I will never forget your kindness and graciousness towards me.
