Very poor work and very poor service. We had brand new clothes taken in for alterations, tags still on them. The salesperson, not the tailor, did the markings for the alterations, which we didnt know until we came back to pick up the clothing and they didnt fit. It was at that time he brought up that they don't do alterations on site and that he wasn't the tailor.
They destroyed the shirts.
We asked the shirt sleeves to be shortened and instead of shortening the length they made the sleeves smaller, so my husband's arms couldn't fit in them. We asked for the shirts to be taken in around the waist and instead they took in the upper back.
We asked for them to be fixed but they couldn't do anything else to fix the problems.
We asked to be reimbursed for the shirts and the owner refuses since he claims ruining brand new shirts wasn't intentional.
Better off goong somewhere else.
