Your online "reservation" means nothing, they don't have the stuff you ordered like blankets, dolly, mattress protectors, but you wont learn this until you get there and have no time to get anything else.

I have been using the local move discounts on the Uhaul App for rental trucks weekdays and weekends and it's the best price you'll get in this area. The vehicles have all been clean and run great. If you need a vehicle they don't have onsite, book in advance and they will have it clean, maintained and ready to go. Their area is easily navigable and they are attached and within an auto repair shop so just follow the outer signage to side door. Your vehicle will be waiting there, clean and gassed up. If doing a local move, be careful at the pump. These large trucks are amazingly fuel efficient. I was expecting to be there a few minutes but it barely took 30 seconds and $5 before pump shut off and gas sloshed out a little! Wow! Each vehicle I have rented from any Uhaul, we're military so a lot, has always been a flawless experience.

I will never go here again, the worst experience.
Guy at the counter was rude and shouldn’t be in a customer facing job.
He didn’t have the furniture dolly I needed and just said he never does, the website doesn’t know he doesn’t so it lets you reserve but he didn’t seem concerned at all with correcting this. I asked about notifying a customer if they won’t have what is reserved and he shrugged it off and said something like if it’s here I’d give it to you but it’s not.
He made me get the truck myself from the back of the lot where it was very tightly parked, mirrors basically touching. He lied about the gas and said it was much higher than it was, so I had to stop and have him come look.
The truck had 3 systems check lights on by the time I returned it and I drove only 15 miles.
Truly terrible experience. Would never recommend someone go here.
