Im only giving a one star for the nice demeanor of the students who worked on my hair. Other than that , this was the worst hair nightmare Ive had in my life. DO NOT GO HERE . I walked out with a giant chunk of dark hair right in the center of my hair. Like an entire section of hair was missed and it just happened to be dead center of my head smh. Upon initial consultation I showed two pictures of what I wanted. I explained clearly I wanted a high/low done. Meaning , one slice dark and the other bleached. Since my hair was already dark brown with a face framing money piece. All that was needed was full highlights and a root touch up on the lowlights. I was asked if I want my highlights to the root or blended. I said to the root because I am naturally blonde and want to eventually get back to that and didnt want dark roots . I also Explained I liked a more chunkier highlight with mixed in darker pieces. Now my hair is a disaster. Orange, black , brown , dark blonde , light blonde. Not to mention i noticed they werent doing any root touch for the low light and asked how they planned on touching up the roots. The girl went to get her teacher , the teacher said oh dont worry we will do it at the end. Well they did a root smudge and applied toner at the same time and rubbed it all together. Needless to say I have splotches of dark along the lighter pieces in the front. Its just really bad. I almost cried. I had to contain my anger tbh. And then there are pieces that have multiple colors on one strand. They had two people mainly (sometimes 3) working on my hair and it still took 5 hours!!!!! 152$ later and I have horrible hair. The root tap aka dark roots was supposed to at least cover the less than half an inch of regrowth (just had my hair done a month prior) and it didnt even do that. In the back my roots are still showing. You have been warned !! They just basically do whatever they want to your hair bc you sign a waver. Doesnt matter what you ask for .

These people are outstanding at teaching and great smiles on all the students faces very very nice experience will go back again and again ty guys
