With Johnson & Sons Flooring, first the quality of the flooring products is excellent and they have a wide variety to choose from. Colby and Addison were great to work with helping us select the right flooring for our home. Install went very smoothly and took just over a day for our entire 1,700+sf home. We are really thrilled with how the floors look and we highly recommend Johnson & Sons Flooring.

Totally impressed with the carpet project done by Johnsons and Sons Flooring. Right from the start, we were in good hands. The sales team, especially Addison, gave us the confidence we needed to go ahead. The project ran smoothly, much to the credit of Colby who ensured everything was on track without any hitches.
The transformation of our space with the new carpet was incredible. Quality work and a team that genuinely cares about delivering the best. Its refreshing to see such dedication and professionalism. I went into Johnson's and Sons Flooring on a friend's recommendation and was I impressed! The quality of the store's selection is great, with so many options for luxury vinyl and laminate which is what I was looking for. Colby Johnson was very helpful. They helped me through the choices without overwhelming me. It's clear they prioritize quality and variety, making my decision process much easier. Thanks guys

Wow, Johnsons and Sons Flooring really came through for us on our kitchen project. Its not my first rodeo with home improvements, but these guys made it feel like a breeze. Colby Johnson and his crew were on it from day one. Not only were they fast, but the work they did was top-notch. Colby was a pro at keeping us updated and making sure we didnt have any worries. They kept us in the loop so well, I barely needed to check in. Its so refreshing to see a company that puts in the effort to get things done right and cares about their customers satisfaction. Theyve definitely earned a solid five stars from me and my wholehearted recommendation to anyone needing quality work on their home.

As someone thats in a residential sales position who is in and out of numerous peoples homes in the community that are always doing remodels and asking for company recommendations for various jobs this would be the last company I would ever recommend to one of my clients for anything due to the headache I had to deal with(which may have been a 1 off situation but still not worth the risk). I wont even go into the customer service that I received from the show room manager or should I say the lack of customer service. A simple back splash project took them 5 months to complete with 3 different appointments due to poor installation, grout and caulking not matching up, etc. Had I not followed up and continuously checked in there is no telling how long they would have pushed this off due to poor communication on their part. I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service that I received. The 2 stars is for them standing next to their work and making it right in the end.
