Worst glass repair company in the nation wouldnt recommend to go with safelite they rush jobs to get the money faster there techs are lazy and make excuses. Safelite was suppose to replace my windshield when the tech told me he couldnt because I had a light bar on I told him I can take it off and he said he would have to reschedule I took my light bar off in less than 2 minutes I will never use safelite again I dont even want my insurance to pay them.

Just because you have an appointment doesnt mean they will honor it. Plan to go somewhere else if you do. Have had my appointments canceled 4 times without notice. 3 times at store once for them to come to me. I found out about cancellations when arriving at store. Found out about other after checking website to find why they have not arrived. I received confirmation text the night before and confirmation email the morning of the appointment. To avoid frustration schedule with another more competently staffed place.
