My name is Claudia Sanchez. I had my insurance only with this man because my husband was his friend and only because of Mr. Mc Nabb's interest in taking photos of high school sports. I found this office to be very unefficient . I had insurance with him for over 20 years, to my objection. When I was going through a divorce, Mr. McNabb knew this was the situation, and neglected to let me know anything about my car insurance, he allowed my renewal receipts go to my old address after I had informed him of my new address, therefore, I was left without insurance at one point, not receiving the late or no payment notice, which was very unkind and I feel purposely done. Mr. McNabb sales you insurance that isn't necessary, and is only in it for himself. State Farm actually told me last year after all this time that if i made a small claim on my insurance I would be canceled. Really, I had no accidents, no tickets in 20 years. Go somewhere else. I will be glad to get rid of Mr. McNabb.
He needs to retire, as he is old and does not remember things he needs to do and or says. He also takes great pride in being selective to his obligation to a FAMILY not a single person in a policy that two people in the household pay for...
